Our pieces are crafted to be held, loved, and used for a long time. With just a little care, your pottery will stay with you for years. Caring for these things by washing them gently, using them often, maybe even passing them down one day is its own kind of respect. It honors the time, the hands and the story behind each piece. So, here are some questions we often get and how to care, simply.

Are your foodwares food-safe?

Yes, it is food safe and made with lead-free, non-toxic materials.

Are your foodwares microwave-safe?

While our handmade pottery stoneware is food safe and made with non-toxic, lead-free glazes, we do not recommend microwaving them, as it may lead to damage or uneven heating due to the unique nature of handcrafted ceramics.

Can I put them in the dishwasher?

While our handmade pottery stoneware is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to help preserve its finish and extend its lifespan.

Can I use utensils with handmade pottery?

Yes, but metal utensils may leave gray marks on matte or soft glazes. These can usually be removed with baking soda or a ceramic cleaner.

What if I no longer need the piece?

If you no longer need your piece, you're welcome to return it. While we don't offer refunds or store credit for returns in these cases, we’re happy to accept the piece back so it can be reused or re-homed. You can also consider gifting, donating, or reselling it since ceramics are made to last and we love to see them continue their story elsewhere.

Where are your pieces made?

All of our pieces are handmade in our studio in Dana Point, California using locally sourced clay and eco-friendly practices.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Orders typically ship within 5 business days. Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks depending on complexity.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece of our handmade pottery stoneware is uniquely crafted, slight variations in color, shape, or texture are natural and expected. For this reason, we do not accept returns based on these variations. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we’re happy to accept custom orders and would love to hear your ideas! Please keep in mind that during periods of high demand, we might not be able to take every custom request, but we’ll always keep you informed and do our best to accommodate you.
